Rob McEwen has enjoyed an illustrious business career transforming Goldcorp from a failing gold mining company to an astonishing $10B market cap. But what is most remarkable is how he did it. Inspired by the concept of open source software, he published confidential proprietary corporate information on the Web and offered a prize to anyone who could identify Goldcorp’s mineral resources.
